The Trooper Jeffrey S. Parola Foundation Board of Directors has decided to limit the number of scholarships it will award to students graduating from
high school and planning to enter a post-secondary school in the area of law enforcement. The Board has refocused most of its scholarship monies to
a scholarship program at the Maine Criminal Justice Academy.
If you are a graduating senior applying for a post secondary scholarship in the field of law enforcement, make sure you complete
our online application in full and send the following either by e-mail or U.S. Mail:
- In 300 words or less, explain why you want to enter the field of law enforcement
- A letter of recommendation from either the principal or guidance counselor of your high school
- All applications, essays, and letters of recommendation must be submitted by April 1.
Essays and letters of recommendation should be sent to:
Mailing Address: John Parola, 661 Shore Rd, Ripley, ME 04930
Email Address: scholarships@jeffreysparolafoundation.org
These scholarships will be competitive because the number awarded to high school seniors will be limited. It is important that all information
submitted is complete.
